  • 3 tablespoons of distilled water
  • 3 tablespoons of witch hazel
How to make it:
  1. Add your chopped cucumber, distilled water and witch hazel in your blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour it through your fine-mesh sieve to separate the liquid from the solids. Make sure you do this over a bowl.
  4. Pour the liquid into your clean bottle. It may help to use a funnel to avoid spilling.
  5. Use your toner!
